Chicken and Peanut Sauce Sandwich

This post is a continuation from Quick Pan-fried Chicken & Spicy Peanut Sauce which I've posted last week. 

I fixed a quickie brunch the following day using leftover chicken and peanut sauce as filling for a 6-inch wholemeal baguette.
